1. What is the weather like where you live? Here in Indiana we have had some hot and humid days lately.
2. Share one thing you love about this time of year. Swimming. There is something about going to the pool that makes me feel like a kid again. When we had a pool in our backyard, there would be days that I would go in for 15 minutes to unwind. For me, there is nothing that takes away stress like diving underwater.
3. Share one thing you do NOT love about this time of year. Humidity. I tend to have more migraines in the humidity.
4. How will you spend the remaining days leading up to Autumn? We move next week to a new church. So I wish I could say that I will get to relax and enjoy the last of summer. But in reality, it will be finish packing boxes and then unpacking and settling in to our new home, church and community.
5. Share a good summer memory. I love summer. There are so many wonderful memories from summer camp to family vacations. But the one that I love the most (at the moment) was last summer when our family went to Florida to Disney. It wasn't just our immediate family, but my two sisters and their families and my Mother-in-Law. My cousin who lives in Florida came and joined us for a few days with his family. It was a wonderful time for my girls to spend with their extended family and have a lot of fun. While I don't think I could handle always vacationing with my family, I think it was a wonderful experience for us and the girls have memories that will last a long time.
Bonus: What food says SUMMER to you? Funnel Cake. I love funnel cake. As a kid, we lived next door to the town fair. We could smell the food and each night it was the funnel cake that I begged mom to let us go get. The rest of

Packing up is always a hassle, but then you'll have a new beginning! I haven't moved for 16 years; I now have too much stuff! Moving helps to de-clutter.
I'd forgotten how fun funnel cakes are, esp. with kids!
I have to admit that Autumn is my favorite season so I will be looking forward to that.
The one difficulty with funnel cake is the powdered sugar ends up all over.

Prayers for your move and transition. I too find being in the water completely relaxing but haven't been swimming since BE 1.0 two years ago. Thanks for the reminder to get out there and do it!
